Key Features
XLite 8250 UV conveyor system is designed for the curing of the UV adhesives, UV lacquers or UV inks. This product had been widely used in the application such as electronic components, photo-electronic products, medical products, and the gift-ware products. The high intensity UV light makes most of the UV adhesives dried in several seconds.
Unlike the conventional conveyor system is very heavy, The XLite8250F is very compact and lgihtweight. It is very convenient for most of thelaboratory or the factory which have the problem of the production place.
XLite 8250F equips some friendly functions. You can adjust the lamp height to change the intensity of the light depending on the different products that require the different UV energy. You can also adjust the UVchamber left or right to change the space of the entrance/ exit side. Besides,you can change the direction of the conveyor by switching the direction switch.
On the design of the conveyor belt, XLite 8250F equips Teflon belt with two rubber strips on the each side. This design decreases the occurrence of the dust from the rub of the metal belt, and prevents the belt from moving toward each side to cause the broken of the belt.
On safety, XLite 8250F equips the system of the overheat protection. the system will cut off the power when the machine is under overheating due to the failure of the cooling system caused by operator of unknown reason.
